In 1997, Ernest Radicliffe founded the Southside Wolfpack youth football program, and has continued to oversee its operations and coach his athletes. He also work as head baseball coach at Morgan Park High School (MPHS) since 2008, His goal is to build his athletic programs into being consistent winners.
Radicliffe played quarterback in college at [Triton College] but got a baseball scholarship to Alcorn State, so he switched sports. He went on to play professional baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Radicliffe love coaching the sport. He have a tremendous coaching staff with him, he says that it’s a pleasure to see our young kids move on and be successful. The biggest reward for him is when his athletes come back and say thank you.
Success is the norm for Radcliffe and his staff. They have coached many standouts, including Kansas City Chiefs receiver DaRon Brown; his son Kendall, who played Minor League Baseball in the Texas Rangers organization, and Demetrius Cooper, a current member of the Michigan State University football team that has competed against Alabama in the national semifinals.

Coach Rynell Morgan was born in Chicago. In his early years he grew up in Englewood, Roseland and West Pullman neighborhood. As a youth he played baseball in the Foster Park Community Baseball Little League. Later he joined the Roseland Pony League team that won a State Title. One of his Little League baseball coaches was Hall of Famer Kirby Puckett. Coach Rynell Morgan went on to play high school sports at Christian Fenger High School. In 1981 as a freshman he was one of two freshmen to play varsity baseball. Coach Rynell Morgan was a three sport athlete playing baseball, basketball and football. Coach Rynell Morgan played baseball and basketball all four years earning letters each year. After high school Coach Rynell Morgan attended Southern Illinois University where he played JV baseball his freshman year. After leaving school he joined the United States Air Force/Reserves from 1987 – 1992 where he earned numerous awards. After serving five years in the United States Air Force/Reserves he retired as a Sergeant.
Coach Rynell Morgan started coaching on volunteer basis at the Southside YMCA in 1994. He began coaching young boys and girls in basketball where he realized his true calling was to mentor young boys and girls. Coach Rynell Morgan started coaching Little League baseball in 1997, after meeting Coach Ernest Radcliffe at the Southside YMCA. Two years later CoachErnest Radcliffe asked Coach Rynell Morgan to join his youth football program (Wolfpack) at the Southside YMCA in 1999. Coach Rynell Morgan has been coaching youth sports for 26years and has made a huge impact on thousands boys and girls lives. Coaching our youth has allowed Coach Rynell Morgan to provide positive feedback, build character and teach them life lessons while using sports as a tool.
Coach Rynell Morgan has compiled 142 wins and 55 loses over 20 years of coaching football with the Southside Wolfpack. He won Eight Conference Championships and Three City Championships back to back in the Chicago Public School League. Since leaving the Chicago Public School League he has won Two Conference Championships, One State Championship and One Regional Championship.
But the thing I am proud of the most is helping these young boys and girls get to High School and College.
Rynell Morgan has been working for Zenith-American Solutions for 24 years. He and his lovely wife Yvette of 20 years has one son who is 23 years old and lives in Chicago, IL.
Nick Robinson is a youth football coach who teaches kids ages 7-14 the basic skills of football and life skills. He has been coaching football for 5 years and has three titles within the youth league ages 6-8. When he is not coaching football he dedicate his free time to training basketball and baseball fundamentals. Besides coaching Nick Robinson is an entrepreneur, he own several businesses and commit countless hours giving back to his community.
