Covid19 has been a challenge for all of us. This is by far one of the most difficult times for most of us. However, we can’t let this pandemic slow us down. So please continue to stretch, exercise and practice what you‘ve learned in speed & agility training. Until we get back to football camp let’s  all continue to stay safe.

CDC recommends wear a cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies), especiallyin areas of significant community-based transmission.

How to wear cloth face coverings

Cloth face coverings should—

  • fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
  • be secured with ties or ear loops
  • include multiple layers of fabric
  • allow for breathing without restriction
  • be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape

Also be sure to 

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home as much as possible
  • Put distance between yourself and other people.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Clean and disinfect
